Recruiter from Hell: Greg at Eloyalty.com; STAY AWAY FROM ELOYALTY
This is something we received from a VERY VERY SEASONED HR person who was OUTRAGED at the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE interviewing skills of Greg who is the Technical Recruiter at Eloyalty in Lake Forest, IL. Enclosed is the letter so you can read it for yourself:
Dear America's Work Stories,
I had the WORST interview with Greg who is the Technical Recruiter at Eloyalty.com. Jackie the VP offered him a full time position and I can't understand it. However, it speaks LOULDY about her judgement. He told me several times in my interview "You're LYING to me". I almost fell on the ground when I heard this. I've NEVER EVER said this to a candidate.
He openly confessed that he's treated other people and STILL he doesn't stop and is ALLOWED to interview people with such a condescending, arrogant, HOSTILE, AGGRESSIVE, RUDE AND BRUTISH manner. He also said he was from a Big Five and was ARROGANT about it. He said that he was a contracter as if he had been promoted to a VP position. HE WASN'T FULL TIME YET. He COULD NOT FOR HIS LIFE understand that some people like to work in smaller organizations and not exist in a large organization. He COMPLETELY FORGOT that he was talking to someone who was seasoned. He said "Now, do you know what type of interview I just gave you.". It was a behavioral interivew and the question was degrading and humiliating. He was COMPLETELY socially UNINTELLIGENT and HAS NO CONCEPT AT ALL of himself. The VP of Recruiting Jackie and the Recruiting Manager who is ARROGANT AND RUDE TO THE JOB CANDIDATES. SHOULD HAVE THEIR HEADS EXAMINED. They both are keeping him and endorse this behavior by retaining people who are incompetent and give the company a bad image. It was like a scene out of the usual Bush headlines of the incompetent people running around the White House.
I don't understand Corporate America's thinking when they retain people like this. They function like the White House, THEY KEEP BAD PEOPLE IN THEIR ORGANIZATION. I know deep down that this bad behavior and their INCOMPETENT management decisions will all come back to bite them you know where!!!!!
