Carrie Carpenter of Hewitt tells job candidate "PLEASE GO ONLINE AND APPLY" When She Received A Resume That Was Emailed To Her.

Hewitt has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE issues with the way they recruit and the way they manage their resumes. This situation came to us from someone who emailed them a resume and received an email saying "please go to our website and apply online". If the job market was NOT in favor of the employers, SHE SURE WOULDN'T BE TELLING THE JOB CANDIDATES TO GO ONLINE AND APPLY. This is a HERRENDOUS practice when dealing with the candidates. This is Carrie's email address, please write her an email and let her know what you think of this practice: carrie.carpenter@hewitt.com.

Dear America's Work Stories,

I had a HORRIBLE encounter with one of the recruiters over at Hewitt. I emailed Carrie Carpenter my resume and she emailed me back "to go online and apply on the company website." I was FLABBERGASTED at her response to me. I went to an Ivy League School and have ALOT of great experience. If the job market was in favor of the job seekers, she would of NEVER EVER of treated me like this. Thanks to your website, you have given us the opportunity of sharing with everyone what is happening to the job candidates.

Thank you,

Really Disgusted.
